Pro-only marketplace

BeautyBye is intended for professional sellers and professional buyers. We may review, approve, suspend, or restrict accounts to keep the marketplace focused on professional inventory and verified participants.

Seller responsibilities

• Sellers must provide accurate listing details, including condition, price, and category.
• Sellers must only list inventory they are allowed to sell.
• Sellers are responsible for complying with product safety, hygiene, and shipping rules.
• Sellers must complete verification and payout onboarding where required.
• Sellers should respond promptly to moderation or order-related requests.

Buyer responsibilities

• Buyers should review listing details, seller profiles, and condition notes before purchasing.
• Buyers should use the payment and dispute processes provided in the marketplace.
• Buyers should keep contact details current for order updates and support.

Payments, buyer protection, and Stripe Connect

Payments are processed through Stripe. BeautyBye uses Stripe Connect for seller payouts and retains a buyer protection fee at checkout. During beta, sellers may list for free and may not pay a default seller commission unless explicitly stated in the marketplace or seller agreement.

Listing rules and prohibited products

Listings must follow marketplace rules, moderation guidance, and any prohibited or restricted product policy. We may reject, remove, or suspend listings or accounts for unsafe, misleading, counterfeit, damaged, or otherwise restricted items.

Refunds, disputes, and moderation

BeautyBye may hold funds, review orders, investigate disputes, and apply moderation actions when needed. Orders may be paused or reversed where required by policy, safety, fraud prevention, or payment handling rules.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, fail verification, misuse the platform, or present safety or payment risk.

Closed launch / founding members

BeautyBye may operate as a closed launch or founding-member marketplace during beta. Access, approval, and inventory visibility may be limited while the marketplace grows.
